Skill Development Linked with CSR
Since long we have been spearheading skill development of the under privileged in towns and villages under the aegis of DASE . We have well designed, not for profit courses for youth belonging to these categories through CSR . The objective of the program is to empower the under privileged youth to participate in national economic resurgence and reap the fruits of development. The medium of instruction for these courses would be their mother tongue and majorly we look for Entreprenuership in this Cateogary.
Tie-up with NGOs for CSR Projects
Many of the organizations are interested in implementing CSR initiatives through bakery and Confectionery Avenue. They would either supply the products or involve in the development of skills of the under privileged. Since these activities are not in their core business, they would not have the necessary mechanism in place to carry them out. They would therefore like to implement these initiatives through tie-ups. We are eager to participate in these initiatives by virtue of our competencies along with NGOs, who have the wherewithal to help corporate bodies to meet their CSR objectives.
Corporate Bodies, Clubs and Associations
We seek invitations from the organized sector and clubs and associations to conduct courses in their premises. For the companies, this could be to encourage employees to have a hobby away from the corporate stress. In addition we can also train the personnel in their canteens through well structured short term programs. The clubs and associations can schedule weekend workshops for their members and their spouses.
