Dolar Group’s experience spans over two decades, which has endowed the company with a rich experience of human resource management and professional skill development. In the last 3 years alone, the company has positively impacted the lives of over 2000 people in the electrical utilities & food processing Industry. In Food Processing industry alone, around 1000 people have successfully undergone the company’s skill development program.

It has created more than 200 entrepreneurs who have gone on to successfully launch their bakeries. The Academy has some of the leading experts in the industry on the panelof faculty sharing their wisdom and experiences. The academy has set itself an ambitious target of imparting skills to one million youth to meet the rising demand for skills in, hospitality and engineering industry.
